摘 要:针对常规生产测井在筛管完井的大斜度井应用中存在产水段不清、产气精度不足等问题,引进了Sondex的阵列成像测井仪器,包括阵列电容持率仪、阵列电阻持率仪、阵列涡轮流量仪,通过阵列电容持率仪、阵列电阻持率仪实现了流体类型的识别,通过阵列涡轮流量仪可识别井筒内不同流体的速度,综合应用有效提升筛管大斜度井产出剖面的识别精度。中亚地区某气田东部XXX-103D井井斜81.5°、斜井段666.34 m,生产水气比8.22 m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3),通过应用阵列成像测井仪器获得了准确的产出剖面。该技术为后续大斜度井、水平井产出剖面的仪器组合、施工流程优化提供了实践依据,为制定筛管完井的大斜度井增产措施提供了技术支撑。In response to the problems of unclear water invasion and inaccuracy of gas production in the application of conventional production logging in highly deviated wells with screen completion,Sondex′s Multiple Array Production Suite(MAPS)is introduced to identify fluid types with Capacitance Array Tool(CAT)and Resistance Array Tool(RAT),and identify velocities of different fluids in wellbore with Spinner Array Tool(SAT),comprehensive application effectively improves the recognition accuracy of production profiles in highly deviated wells.The well XXX-103D in gas field in Central Asia has production water gas ratio of 8.22 m^(3)/10^(4)m^(3)(inclination 81.5°and inclined section 666.34 m).Accurate production profiles were obtained by using array imaging logging tools.(Conclusion)The technique provides a practical basis for the tools combination and operation process optimization of the production profile of highly deviated and horizontal wells in future,and provides technical support for the development of stimulation measures for highly deviated wells with screen completion.
