摘　　要：为解决噪声质量标准、排放标准及监测方法标准与《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》的符合性和支撑性问题,通过分析现行各类噪声标准和噪声监测实践中存在的问题,提出相应解决对策,为国家修订各类噪声标准提供参考依据。修订现行噪声标准,解决噪声监测、评价和执法中存在的问题,是解决新时期声污染焦点问题的一项重要工作。To address the issue of compliance and support between noise quality standards,emission standards,and monitoring method standards with the“Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution”,this paper analyzes the existing problems in various current noise standards and noise monitoring practices,proposes corresponding solutions,and provides a reference basis for the revision of various noise standards by the country.Revising the current noise standards to address the issues in noise monitoring,evaluation,and law enforcement is an important task in addressing the focus of sound pollution in the new era.
