干船坞主排水泵吊装和安装技术要点研究

摘　　要：干船坞是修造船舶的大型封闭船池,也是港口重要的混凝土建筑物。为确保干船坞排水泵吊装安全和安装质量,保证干船坞安全稳定运行,结合沙特萨拉曼国王国际综合港务设施工程,探讨了干船坞主排水泵吊装、安装技术,总结了泵体组装、基础环板及地脚螺栓安装、泵体内的叶轮轴与电机轴连轴轴线调整相关技术要点,以促进船舶维修行业建设水平的提高。Dry dock is a large enclosed ship pool for repairing ships,and is also an important concrete building in ports.In order to ensure the safety and installation quality of the dry dock drainage pump hoisting,and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the dry dock,combined with the Saudi Arabia King Salaman International Comprehensive Port Facilities Project,this paper explores the hoisting and installation technology of the main drainage pump in the dry dock,summarizes the relevant technical points of pump body assembly,foundation ring plate and anchor bolt installation,and adjustment of the impeller shaft and motor shaft connecting axis in the pump body,in order to promote the improvement of the construction level of the ship maintenance industry.
