摘  要:废纸抄纸体系白水电导率是影响湿部添加剂使用效率的关键,也是废纸循环利用湿部控制的主要技术难点.本文通过模拟废纸抄纸过程的白水封闭循环,探究了影响废纸浆白水电导率的因素.实验结果表明,废纸浆抄纸白水体系的封闭循环将导致白水电导率的显著增大.无机盐的积累是白水电导率增加的原因之一,但无机盐积累至动态平衡时,由无机盐导致的电导率增幅不超过初始电导率的5%.白水封闭循环下,淀粉降解变质形成的有机电解质是导致废纸浆白水电导率不断增加的主要成因,低温和杀菌剂处理可有效抑制循环白水电导率的增加.The conductivity of white water in the recycled paper making system is the key factor affecting the efficiency of wet-end additives and the main technical difficulty in wet-end control of recycled paper recycling.This article explores the factors affecting the conductivity of white water in recycled paper pulp by simulating the closed cycle of white water during the papermaking process.The experimental results indicate that the closed cycle of the white water system in recycled pulp papermaking will lead to a significant increase in the conductivity of the white water.The accumulation of inorganic salts is one of the reasons for the increase in conductivity of white water,but when inorganic salts accumulate to dynamic equilibrium,the increase in conductivity caused by inorganic salts does not exceed 5%of the initial conductivity.Under the closed cycle of white water,the organic electrolyte formed by starch degradation and deterioration is the main cause of the continuous increase in the conductivity of white water in recycled pulp.Low temperature and fungicide treatment can effectively suppress the increase in the conductivity of circulating white water.
