摘 要:设计一种测功机控制负载的液压马达性能测试实验台,通过测功机接收工控机的控制信号改变发电机内部电流,达到控制马达负载的目的。选择某系列中最大压力为22.5 MPa的马达作为被测马达,在液压传动与控制技术基础上,完成了实验平台的液压系统回路设计,基于AMESim仿真软件分析设计方案的可行性。搭建液压马达实验平台,并进行可靠性测试实验。实验结果表明:测试结果和规律与厂家提供的参考数据一致,因此该液压系统符合实验设计要求,该实验台可以满足该系列马达在不同工况下的性能测试要求。A hydraulic motor performance testing platform for load control through a dynamometer was developed.The dynamome⁃ter received control signals from an industrial computer to adjust the generator's internal current,thus regulating the hydraulic motor load.A hydraulic motor with a maximum pressure of 22.5 MPa was chosen as the evaluation subject.Based on the principles of hy⁃draulic transmission and control technology,the hydraulic system circuit design for the experimental platform was accomplished.The feasibility of the design was assessed using AMESim simulation software.Subsequently,the hydraulic motor experimental platform was established and reliability tests were conducted.The experimental findings demonstrate that the results and trends align with the refer⁃ence data provided by the manufacturer.As a result,the hydraulic system aligns with the experimental design specifications,and the experimental platform adequately satisfies the performance testing requisites for this motor series under diverse operational conditions.
