复式静压箱结构参数对膜片特性影响的研究

摘  要:复式静压箱是保证锂离子电池隔膜材料在干燥房中干燥均匀的关键设备。以热风加热系统中复式静压箱为研究对象,采用CFD与试验研究相结合的方法研究复式静压箱内部流场,针对该复式静压箱各结构参数对出口速度偏差的影响进行计算和分析,采用正交试验设计的方法对复式静压箱结构参数进行优化。对上下孔排错位距离、引风管长度和静压箱宽度进行了分析及优化。结果表明:优化后的复式静压箱出风速度均匀性及温度均匀性分别较最初值降低了0.085(17%)和0.00068(26%)。The compound hydrostatic box is the key equipment to ensure that the lithium-ion battery separator material is dried uniformly in the drying room.Taking the compound hydrostatic box in the hot air heating system as the research object,the internal flow field of the compound hydrostatic box was studied by combining CFD with experimental research,and the influence of the structur⁃al parameters of the compound hydrostatic box on the outlet speed deviation was calculated and analyzed,and the structural parameters of the compound hydrostatic box were optimized by orthogonal experimental design.The upper and lower hole misalignment distance,inducer length and hydrostatic box width were analyzed and optimized.The results show that the air outlet speed uniformity and temper⁃ature uniformity of the optimized compound hydrostatic box are reduced by 0.085(17%)and 0.00068(26%)respectively compared with the original values.
