摘 要:丙醛经常用于合成纤维等纺织领域,对人的眼睛、呼吸系统和皮肤有刺激作用,而目前我国的纺织品检测标准中还未涉及丙醛含量的检测,为了提高纺织品中丙醛含量检测的准确度,本实验通过对丙醛测试样品前处理条件、液相色谱串联质谱仪测试条件的研究,建立了液相色谱串联质谱法测定纺织品中丙醛含量的方法。实验结果显示,该方法具有操作简单、方法灵敏、准确度高的优点,适用于纺织品中丙醛含量的测定。Propionaldehyde,often used in textile fields such as synthetic fibers,has irritating effects on the eyes,respiratory system and skin.The propionaldehyde content detection is not included in domestic textile testing standard at present.In order to enhance the test accuracy of propionaldehyde in textile,the conditions of the propionaldehyde test sample pretreatment conditions and ultra perssure liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)test conditions were optimized in this experiment,then a method was developed for determination of propionaldehyde content in textiles by LC-MS/MS.The experimental results show that the method has simple operation,the advantage of high sensitivity,accuracy,suitable for the determination of propionaldehyde content in textiles.
