高油酸大果花生新品种濮花75号的选育

摘  要:濮花75号是以豫花15号为母本、开农1715为父本配制杂交组合,采用近红外分析技术辅助快速筛选分离后代,系谱法定向选择而育成的高产稳产、适应性广的高油酸大果花生新品种。濮花75号区域试验荚果产量5122.01 kg/hm^(2),籽仁产量3537.16 kg/hm^(2),分别比对照花育33号增产9.10%和8.94%,达极显著水平。该品种百果重202.40 g,百仁重79.52 g,出仁率69.05%;粗脂肪含量49.83%,蛋白质含量23.55%,油酸含量78.30%,亚油酸4.38%;抗旱性、抗涝性、抗倒伏性强,易感叶斑病、感锈病。2022年通过国家登记,GPD花生(2022)410132,适宜在河南、河北、山东、安徽、辽宁、江苏、吉林等地区种植,具有较好的推广应用价值。Puhua75,a high oleic acid and large pod peanut variety with high and stable yield,and wide adaptability,was bred by sexual hybridization and pedigree selection.Using NIRS(near infrared reflectance spectroscopy)fast selecting the segregating progeny,Puhua75 was bred by sexual hybridization and pedigree selection with Yuhua15 as the female parent and Kainong1715 as the male parent.The result of the peanut regional trial showed that the pod yield of 5122.01 kg/hm^(2),and seed kernels yield of 3537.16 kg/hm^(2),which were 9.10% and 8.94% significantly higher than Huayu 33,respectively.The character of Puhua75 was by 100-pods weight of 202.40 g,100-seeds weight of 79.52 g,kernel rate of 69.05%,crude fat of 49.83%,protein of 23.55%,oleic acid of 78.30%,linoleic acid of 4.38%.And it It has strong drought resistance,flood resistance and lodging resistance.But it was susceptible to leaf spot and rust.It passed the national variety registration in 2022 and the registration number was GPD peanut(2022)410132.The variety can be suitably planted in Henan,Hebei,Shandong,Anhui,Liaoning,Jiangsu,Jilin and other regions.It has a the popular promotion value.
