摘 要:为获得熔体直纺半消光涤纶短纤维的最佳纺丝工艺条件,文章探讨了熔体输送、纺丝成形、冷却固化、上油给湿、卷绕往复等工艺的过程与原理,分析了以上工艺对品质、纺丝生产的作用机理,以便于对纺丝参数进行优化改进。结果表明:熔体输送的关键参数为熔体黏度、输送过程的时长和温度、压力;参数的选定与改进要结合品种规格、纺线产能、生产设备状况等进行有针对性的调控;纺丝成形的过程对丝束的品质指标、成品纤维的性能均有极其重要的影响;采用合理的温湿度、合适的风量有利于丝束结构性能的提升;上油给湿保障了各纺位的丝条都能敛集成束,规整有序地排列在丝桶中;卷绕往复对丝束的品质也有重大影响,可保证丝条不缠结、不松散地顺利落桶,且铺丝状况优良。To obtain the optimal spinning conditions of melt direct spinning semi-dull polyester staple,this paper discusses the processes and principles of melt transport,spinning,cooling and curing,wet oil feeding and winding,analyzes their mechanisms on quality and spinning production,so as to optimize spinning parameters.The result shows that melt viscosity,conveying time,temperature,pressure are the key parameters of melt conveying;variety specifications,spinning capacity,production equipment conditions for targeted regulation should be combined with the selection and improvement of parameters;the process of spinning and forming has extremely important influence on the quality index of silk bundle and the performance of finished fiber;adopting reasonable temperature and humidity,as well as appropriate air volume,is beneficial for improving the filament bundle structure and performance;the oil wetting ensures that the strands of each spinning position can be folded and integrated,and arranged orderly in the silk bucket;the winding also has a significant impact on the quality of the silk bundle,ensuring that the wire is not tangled or loose and smoothly falls into the barrel,and the silk is in good condition.
