摘　　要：文章主要研究织物规格设计、整理工艺,确定织物克重为239 g/m^(2),磨花车速为15 m/min,磨毛辊选用1000目砂纸,磨毛辊与橡胶辊之间的压力为0.4 mm。开发出的面料撕破强力不低于4.0 lbf(17.80 N)、拉伸强力不低于45.0 lbf(200.25 N),磨花花型清晰、布面风格细腻,均达到开发要求。This paper mainly studies the specification design and finishing process of fabric,and determines that the weight of the fabric is 239 g/m^(2),the grinding speed is 15 m/min,and the grinding roller uses 1000 grit sandpaper.The pressure between the grinding roller and the rubber roller is 0.4 mm.The developed fabric has a tearing strength of no less than 4.0 lbf(17.80 N)and a tensile strength of no less than 45.0 lbf(200.25 N),with clear f loral patterns and delicate fabric style,all meeting the development requirements.
