纺丝组件在氨纶生产过程中的应用研究

摘　　要：在氨纶丝生产过程中,影响氨纶丝产品质量的因素很多,如氨纶原液聚合反应的均一性、纺丝计量泵流量分配的均一性、聚合原液的过滤效果等。其中,喷丝板、过滤器对生产操作性能与最终产品质量起到至关重要的作用。文章主要研究了喷丝板性能和过滤器工作机理,并通过伯努利方程分析生产过程中原液黏度对氨纶丝卷重的影响。In the production process of spandex fiber,there are many factors that affect the quality of spandex fiber products,such as the uniformity of polymerization reaction of spandex raw solution,the uniformity of flow distribution of spinning metering pump,and the filtration effect of polymerization raw solution.Among them,the spinneret and filter play a crucial role in the production operation performance and final product quality.Thia paper mainly studies the performance of the spinneret and the working mechanism of the filter,and analyzes the influence of the viscosity of the raw liquid on the weight of the spandex filament coil during the production process through Bernoulli equation.
