摘　　要：目的:分析影响医院各个部门之间科研信息管理系统协同性的关键影响因素。方法:使用电子问卷采集湖北省10个市238名临床医生对各部门科研管理信息系统共享程度、重复填报、信息填报负担等方面的评价。基于电子问卷数据,对10名医院各职能部门负责人进行访谈,归纳影响医院各部门之间科研信息管理系统协同性的关键影响因素。结果:科研信息管理系统的发展落后于医院管理工作的需求。在满分为10分的评价中,部门之间信息系统的共享程度、获取科研和人力资源信息的便利程度均未超过6分,对信息填报工作总体负担的评价超过6分。操作提示不明确、不能批量上传是信息系统存在的主要问题。编码困难、缺乏持续更新的激励、维护的不足、缺乏整体设计、高昂的沉淀成本是影响科研信息管理系统协同性的关键因素。结论:共享、简化、集成是提升科研信息管理系统发展的基本原则,需要以此为基础持续发展,减轻临床医生的信息负担。Objective:To analyze the key factors for the coordination of research information management system(RIMS)among multiple departments of hospital.Methods:An online questionnaire was introduced to collect physicians′perception of sharing and documentation burden about RIMS.Based on the results,interviews with 10 leaders of hospital administration department were deployed to further ascertain key factor that hamper the coordination of RIMS.Results:The coordination of RIMS is far behind management requirement in practice.On a 10-point scale,the evaluation on sharing of information and convenience of operation is lower than 6,but the evaluation on documentation of burden is higher than 6.Lack of Infor tip and batch upload are major concerns of physicians.Insufficient support for coding and maintenance,lack of integrated design and high sunk costs are the key factors that hamper the coordination of RIMS.Conclusion:Sharing,simplicity and integration are the major principles for establishment of RIMS.It is urgent to improve the coordination of RIMS to alleviate burden for physicians.
