摘  要:目的:观察人细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关抗原4免疫球蛋白(cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4 immunoglobulin,CTLA4Ig)基因转染猪皮敷料在患儿Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中对炎症反应的影响。方法:抽取我院基因转染猪皮治疗急性烧伤的患儿40例作为观察组,银离子敷料治疗烧伤的患儿40例作为对照组。对比两组烧伤患儿的住院时长、发热天数,以及治疗前后的白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)4种炎症指标的表达水平。结果:基因转染猪皮观察组患儿住院时间为(15.23±5.58)d,短于对照组的(18.85±11.47)d。观察组患儿发热天数为(3.60±2.35)d,少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的WBC、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组,且降低幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CTLA4Ig基因转染猪皮敷料治疗小儿Ⅱ度烧伤创面具有缩短发热时间、降低炎症反应的优点。Objective:To observe the effects of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4 immunoglobulin(CTLA4Ig)gene modified porcine skin dressings on inflammatory reactions of children with second-degree burn.Methods:40 cases of children with second-degree burn treated with CTLA4Ig gene modified porcine skin dressings were selected as the observation group,and 40 cases of children with second-degree burn treated with Ag+dressings were selected as the control group.The length of hospital stay,fever duration time,and the levels of inflammatory indicators(WBC,NEUT%,CRP,PCT)of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results:The length of hospital stay of the observation group was(15.23±5.58)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(18.85±11.47).The fever duration time of patients in the observation group was(3.60±2.35)d,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,CRP and PCT of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the decrease range of the WBC,CRP and PCT levels of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CTLA4Ig gene modified porcine skin dressings can shorten febrile time and reduce inflammatory reactions in the treatment of children with second-degree burn wounds.
