渐进式功能锻炼辅助中药熏洗对内外踝骨折术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨渐进式功能锻炼辅助中药熏洗应用于内外踝骨折术后患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年6月于淮安市第二人民医院行手术治疗的52例内外踝骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组26例。两组均行手术切开复位,对照组术后予以常规康复训练,观察组予以渐进式功能锻炼辅助中药熏洗,比较两组临床疗效、踝关节功能、生命质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组踝关节跖屈、背屈及内外翻方向的活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组心理、社会、躯体功能和物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内外踝骨折患者术后采用渐进式功能锻炼辅助中药熏洗效果明显,可明显促进踝关节功能恢复,提高患者生活能力及生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of gradual functional rehabilitation training assisted Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing in patients with internal and external ankle fractures after operation.Methods 52 patients with internal and external ankle fractures admit-ted to Huai'an Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the two groups,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given gradual functional training assisted Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing,the clinical efficacy,ankle function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 69.23%in the control grou,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the range of motion of the ankle joint in plantar flex-ion,dorsiflexion and eversion directions in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and material life in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of grad-ual functional rehabilitation training assisted Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing in patients with internal and external ankle frac-tures after operation is significant,can significantly promote the recovery of ankle joint function,and improve life ability and quality of life of pa-tients,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
