摘　　要：目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合双唑泰阴道凝胶治疗老年阴道炎的疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年10月广东省人民医院赣州医院收治的92例老年阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组予以双唑泰阴道凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组MCP-1、IL-6、IFN-γ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论戊酸雌二醇片联合双唑泰阴道凝胶治疗老年阴道炎疗效确切,可有效降低患者炎症因子水平,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with bizotai vaginal gel in the treatment of senile vaginitis and its influence on inflammatory factors in patients.Methods 92 senile patients with vaginitis admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Guangdong Provin-cial People's Hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bizotai vaginal gel,and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets on the basis of the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)between the two groups;after treatment,the average levels of MCP-1,IL-6,and IFN-y of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 78.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion Estradiol valerate tablet combined with bizotai vaginal gel is effec-tive in the treatment of senile vaginitis,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
