低温等离子刀切除扁桃体和单极电刀切除扁桃体的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究低温等离子刀切除扁桃体和单极电刀切除扁桃体的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月上海市嘉定区中心医院收治的100例慢性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为等离子组与电刀组,每组50例。等离子组行全身麻醉下低温等离子刀切除双侧扁桃体术,电刀组行全身麻醉下单极电刀切除双侧扁桃体术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、术后出血情况、术后创面愈合情况。结果等离子组手术时间长于电刀组,术后VAS评分低于电刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、术后出血情况比较差异无统计学意义。等离子组术后创面愈合情况优于电刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单极电刀相比,低温等离子刀切除扁桃体可显著减轻患者术后疼痛,促进创面愈合,减少术后出血发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma and monopolar electrotome in tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic tonsillectomy treated in Shanghai Jiading District Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the plasma group and the electrotome group,with 50 cases in each group.The plasma group underwent bilateral tonsillectomy with low temperature plasma under general anesthesia,and the electrotome group underwent bilateral tonsillecto-my with unipolar electrotome under general anesthesia.The operation time,amount of blood loss,postoperative pain score(visual analogue scale[VAS]),postoperative bleeding and postoperative wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in plasma group was longer than that in electrosurgical group,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that in electrosurgical group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the proportion of postopera-tive bleeding between the two groups.The wound healing in plasma group was better than that in electrosurgical group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with unipolar electrotome,low temperature plasma knife can significantly reduce postoperative pain,promote wound healing and reduce postoperative bleeding,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
