摘　　要：为保证数字气田稳定、高效、持续、安全地运行,借鉴石油企业的运维实践经验,构建了由组织管理、制度规范、先进技术三大体系组成的数字气田智能化生产运营平台。按照企业组织管理模式、制度规范体系的要求,采用先进技术,建设了手持终端管理APP,实现了人员、管理、资产的有机整合,达到了提高运维效率、改善运维服务质量的目的。通过国内试点项目的建设和应用,积累了经验,有利于进一步提升数字气田智能化生产运营服务水平。In order to ensure the stable,efficient,sustainable and safe operation of the digital gas field,an intelligent production and operation platform for the digital gas field consisting of three systems of organization management,system specification and advanced technology was built by drawing on the practical experience of oil enterprises in operation and maintenance.In accordance with the requirements of the enterprise organization management mode and institutional specification system,the advanced technology was adopted to build the main platform functions of handheld terminal application,production management,patrol management,personnel management,asset management,and emergency management,realizing the organic integration of personnel,processes and assets,so as to enhance the operation and maintenance efficiency and improve the operation and maintenance service quality.Through the construction and application of specific pilot projects in China,the experience is accumulated,which is conducive to further improving the intelligent production and operation service level of digital gas fields.
