摘　　要：近年来,提升期刊质量、打造精品期刊已成为期刊界共同的目标。从青年编委本身优势出发,结合实践经验,从审稿、组稿和期刊宣传等方面探讨其对期刊发展的作用。期刊吸纳青年编委可以激发编委会的活力,编辑部可以为青年编委搭建学术交流平台,推出各种举措激励青年编委,使之与期刊共成长。提出了在组建和管理青年编委队伍时需要注意的问题。In recent years,China’s science and technology journals are facing severe challenges.To improve the quality of journals and build high-quality journals has become the common goal of the periodical circle.Starting from the advantages of the youth editorial board members,combined with practical experience,this paper discusses their role in the development of journals from the aspects of review,solicitation,and journal promotion.The inclusion of youth editorial board members in journals can stimulate the vitality of the editorial board as a gatekeeper of academic quality.The editorial department can build an academic exchange platform for youth editorial board members to enhance their academic influence,and motivate them to grow together with the journal by launching various measures.Therefore,some problems need to be paid attention to when building and managing the team of youth editorial board members are put forward.
