出版融合发展背景下科技期刊高质量发展探析

摘　　要：阐述了出版融合发展背景下,推动期刊数字化转型、构建科研论文交流平台、实现深度融合出版的路径。提出基于现有资源,开拓中国特色的科技期刊发展之路,要打破市场局限性,建立全国公益性数字出版平台,兼顾经济效益和社会效益,走科技期刊可持续化发展道路。同时,充分利用大数据、人工智能、增强现实等技术,搭载新媒体,深度融合出版,促进科技期刊高质量发展。In recent years,China’s 14th Five Year Plan and many documents have proposed to promote the digital transformation of journals,build a scientific research paper exchange platform,and achieve deep integrated publishing.The development of sci-tech periodicals with Chinese characteristics is explored based on the existing resources.While deepening the reform of the system and mechanism,breaking the limitations of the market,and establishing a national public welfare digital publishing platform,it takes into account economic benefits and public welfare,and takes the sustainable development path of sci-tech journals.The publishing platform fully utilizes technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and augmented reality,carries new media,deeply integrates publishing,and promotes the high-quality development of sci-tech journals.
