复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻治疗中复合乳酸菌、蒙脱石散联合应用的临床价值。方法108例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组54例。对照组患儿应用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组患儿应用复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平。结果研究组患儿总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的81.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6水平分别为(3.19±0.43)ng/ml、(107.39±11.41)pg/ml,均明显低于对照组的(4.38±0.74)ng/ml、(128.27±14.31)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻疗效显著,血清炎性因子改善明显,可将其广泛用于临床治疗中。Objective To investigate the clinical value of lactobacillus complex combined with montmorillonite powder on rotavirus-induced diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 108 children with rotavirus-induced diarrhea were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random numerical table,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the study group was treated with lactobacillus complex and montmorillonite powder.The clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of 81.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 in the study group were(3.19±0.43)ng/ml and(107.39±11.41)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than those of(4.38±0.74)ng/ml and(128.27±14.31)pg/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus complex combined with montmorillonite powder has good curative effect and obvious improvement of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of rotavirus-induced diarrhea in children.It can be widely used in clinical treatment.
