摘　　要：牛仔裤面料水洗直接影响牛仔裤尺寸、缝制工艺和成品质量。文章探索牛仔裤的缩率预控与不同部位的结构工艺的优化设计,通过吃势、压脚压力、缝针粗细、针迹针距、汽缩定型等优化设计,实现优品牛仔裤,为牛仔裤生产提供借鉴,对牛仔服行业崇尚优品具有现实意义。Jeans fabric washing directly affects jeans size,sewing process and fi nished product quality.This paper explores the pre-control of the shrinkage of jeans and the optimal design of the structure and technology of different parts.Through the optimal design of eating potential,foot pressure,stitch thickness,stitch distance and steam shrinkage setting,excellent jeans can be realized.It is of practical significance to provide reference for jeans production and advocate excellent products in jeans industry.
