摘　　要：分析了国家电网小型基建限上项目工程质量的现状及存在的问题,并提出一系列应对策略。研究认为,工程质量管理水平参差不齐、质量监管不到位、设计与施工技术水平不高等问题是影响工程质量的主要原因。为提高工程质量,提出了加强质量管理、提升设计与施工技术水平、保障材料设备质量、加强验收与售后服务等方面的对策措施。同时强调培育良好的质量文化,提高员工的质量意识和素质。The study on the engineering quality problems and countermeasures of State Grid's small-scale infrastructure projects explores and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the engineering quality of State Grid's small-scale infrastructure projects,and proposes a series of countermeasures.The study believes that the main factors affecting engineering quality include the uneven quality management level,inadequate quality supervision,and low design and construction technology level.To improve engineering quality,countermeasures are put forward in aspects such as strengthening quality management,enhancing design and construction technology,ensuring material and equipment quality,and strengthening acceptance and after-sales service.Meanwhile,it emphasizes the cultivation of a good quality culture and improves the quality awareness and professionalism of employees.
