氯化橡胶改性环氧连接漆的界面粘接性能研究

摘　　要：研究了氯化橡胶改性环氧连接漆附着力的影响因素及变化规律,结果表明,在氯化橡胶R-10用量为4%(质量分数,后同),混合环氧树脂E44与E51质量比为5∶23,使用聚酰胺固化剂的情况下,连接漆对底漆的附着力可达20 MPa以上,对面漆附着力可达3.0 MPa以上,并通过了20个周期耐浸泡试验、耐阴极剥离试验、1 a浅海挂板试验的考察。The factors influencing the adhesion of chlorinated rubber modified epoxy connecting coatings and the laws governing the changes were studied.The results show that when the dosage of chlorinated rubber R-10 is 4%(wt%,the same below),the mass ratio between mixed epoxy resin E44 and E51 is 5∶23 and a polyamide curing agent is used,the adhesion of the connecting coatings to the primer can be over 20 MPa,and the adhesion to the topcoat can be over 3.0 MPa.The coatings have passed 20 cycles of the immersion test,the cathodic peel test and the 1 a shallow sea hanging plate test.
