汽车修补用高黑度丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的制备与性能

摘　　要：以羟基丙烯酸树脂和HDI型异氰酸酯固化剂为主要成膜物质,通过实验讨论了改性树脂、炭黑、助剂和溶剂对涂料性能的影响,研制的汽车修补用高黑度丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆光泽高、丰满度好,具有极佳的装饰美观性。研究结果表明:该款汽车修补涂料性价比高、施工性好、贮存稳定,不仅物理机械性能优异,同时在耐化学品性、耐盐雾性和耐候性表现突出,可完全替代国外进口同类产品。Hydroxy acrylic resin and HDI-based isocyanate curing agent were used as the main film-forming materials.The effects of modified resin,carbon black,additives and solvents on coatings properties were discussed through experiments.The high-blackness acrylic polyurethane topcoat for automobile refinishing developed has high gloss,good build and excellent decorative aesthetics.The research results show that the coatings for automobile refinishing have a high cost-performance ratio,good workability and storage stability,with not only outstanding physical and mechanical properties,but also remarkable chemical resistance,salt spray resistance and weather resistance and capable of fully replacing imported products of the same type.
