摘　　要：优质三系香稻不育系智谷A系福建省农业科学院生物技术研究所以优质香稻保持系泸香618B与优质保持系泰丰B杂交、回交制保,从F3代开始以泰丰A为不育胞质供体进行测交和连续回交育成,于2022年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。智谷A米质达部颁二级,具有香味浓郁、配合力强、株叶型好、分蘖力强、异交结实高等特点,组配的杂交香稻品种智谷优618(智谷A×荟恢618)丰产性好,米质优,达部标二级,于2023年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。The good quality aromatic CMS line Zhigu A was bred from the cross and backcross between the high-quality aromatic rice retention line Luxiang 618B and high-quality maintenance line Taifeng B,amd tested and continuously backcrossed with Taifeng A as the sterile cytoplasmic donor since the F3 generatio by the Institute of Biotechnology,Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It passed the technical appraisal organized by the Office of Fujian Crop Variety Validation Committee in 2022.The rice quality grade of Zhigu A meets the quality standard of second class high-quality edible rice varieties issued by the Ministry.It was characterized by rich fragrance,strong coordination,good plant leaf shape,strong tillering power,high heterocrossed fruit,etc.The hybrid aromatic rice combination Zhiguyou 618(Zhigu A×Hui Hui 618)had high yield,good quality,and reached the quality standard of second class high-quality edible rice varieties issued by the Ministry,and it will be approved by the National Crop Variety Validation Committee in 2023.
