摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度的增加,深部煤层在高地应力、高温等地质环境的作用下出现裂隙闭合不发育、孔隙率低的现象,导致注水难度增大,注水润湿效果较差。为提高煤层注水渗透效果,本文以海藻酸钠为主要原材料,通过分子改性制备出一种高分子增透剂,并采用傅里叶红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析和热重-差热扫描同步分析等实验对增透剂的分子结构、晶体结构、热稳定性及细观作用原理进行分析;利用MS软件模拟了增透剂在煤粉表面的吸附过程,并对高分子增透剂的润湿性和渗透性进行了测试。结果表明:该种高分子增透剂具有强润湿性、高渗透性、安全环保和热稳定性好等特点;添加了该高分子增透剂后,水对于煤的润湿能力大幅度提升,在相同时间内添加高分子增透剂的试验组呈现出最佳的渗透效果,且渗透液面形状较为规则;增渗剂分子会与煤分子表面官能团相接,形成稳定结构,增透剂分子增强了水对于煤表面的渗透能力,而水分子在增渗剂分子的相互作用下对煤分子的吸附作用也显著增加。With the increase of coal mining depth,the deep coal seam under the action of high ground stress,high temperature and other geological environment fracture closure is not developed,low porosity,resulting in increased difficulty in water injection,water injection wetting effect is poor.In order to improve the coal seam water injection permeability,this paper uses sodium alginate as the main raw material,through molecular modification to prepare a polymer permeation enhancer.The molecular structure,crystal structure,thermal stability and fine action principle of the permeation enhancer are analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis and thermogravimetric-differential thermal scanning simultaneous analysis;the adsorption process of the permeation enhancer on the coal powder surface is simulated by MS software,and the wettability and permeability of the permeation enhancer are tested.The results show that polymer permeation enhancer has the characteristics of strong wetting ability,high permeability,safety and environmental protection,and good thermal stability.After the addition of the polymer permeation enhancer,the wettability of water to coal is greatly improved,and the test group with the addition of the polymer permeation enhancer show the best permeation effect in the same time,and the shape of the permeated liquid surface is more regular;the molecules of the permeation enhancer would connect with the functional groups on the surface of coal molecules to form a stable structure,and the permeation enhancer molecules enhance the permeation ability of water to coal surface,and the water molecules in the permeation enhancer molecules.The adsorption effect of water molecules on coal molecules under the interaction of permeation enhancer molecules also increases significantly.
