摘　　要：中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在机体的病原体防御中发挥重要作用,但过度激活的中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网可能会损伤正常组织,同时参与特发性炎性肌病相关间质性肺病的发生发展。本文总结了中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网与特发性炎性肌病相关间质性肺病的关系,以及目前研究发现的可能的致病机制,并基于此讨论了潜在的治疗靶点和未来研究的方向。Neutrophil extracellular traps play an important role in the body's defense against pathogens,but over-activated neutrophil extracellular traps may damage normal tissues and participate in the occurrence and development of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy associated interstitial lung disease.This review summarized the relationship between neutrophil extracellular traps and idiopathic inflammatory myopathy associated interstitial lung disease as well as the possible pathogenesis found so far,and potential therapeutic targets and directions for future research was discussed based on these findings.
