摘  要:本文介绍了一种基于工业物联网的润滑油在线监净化控制系统的设计和应用。该系统通过实时监测润滑油的健康状况,可以提高润滑油的使用效率和设备的可靠性,降低运维成本和环境影响,实现预防性维护、延长润滑油寿命、提前预警故障模式、减少非计划停机等目标。为了验证在线监测系统的可行性和有效性,选取了某家发电企业的汽轮机作为试点对象,实现了润滑油品质的实时监测和智能诊断,并从数据准确性、故障预警能力、运维效率提升、设备性能改善等方面对系统效果进行了验证。结果表明,在线监测系统具有显著的效果,能够为电力系统中的汽轮机提供高效、智能、可靠的润滑油品质管理服务。This article presents the design and application of an online monitoring and purification control system for lubricating oil based on the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT).The system can enhance the utilization efficiency of lubricating oil and the reliability of equipment,reduce maintenance costs and environmental impact,achieve preventive maintenance,extend the lifespan of lubricating oil,provide early warning of failure modes,and reduce unplanned downtime by monitoring the health status of lubricating oil in real-time.A turbine in a power generation company was selected as a pilot object to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the online monitoring system.The system performed real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of lubricating oil quality.The system's effectiveness was evaluated in terms of data accuracy,fault warning capability,improvement of maintenance efficiency,and improvement of equipment performance.The results demonstrate that the online monitoring system has significant benefits and can provide efficient,intelligent,and reliable lubricating oil quality management services for turbines in the power system.
