摘 要:针对不同连接方式对齿轮箱柔性支架频响特性影响机制不明的问题,本文提出了建立普通螺栓、铰制孔螺栓以及蛛网固联三种连接方式下的齿轮箱柔性支架的三维有限元模型,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对建立的模型进行模态和谐响应分析,探明了不同连接方式对齿轮箱柔性支架频响特性的影响。该研究可为类似结构柔性支架连接方式选择提供理论基础依据。In order to solve the problem that the influence mechanism of different connection modes on the frequency response characteristics of the flexible support of the gearbox is unclear,this paper proposes to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the flexible support of the gearbox under three connection modes:ordinary bolt,ream bolt and spider fixation.The finite element software of ANSYS Workbench is used to establish The analysis of the modal and the harmonious response,and the influence of different connection modes on the frequency response characteristics of the flexible support of the gear box was proved.The research can provide a theoretical basis for the connection mode selection of the flexible support of similar structures.
