摘　　要：汽车空调系统作为汽车中的一个不可或缺的系统,该系统是否正常运行直接关系到车内人员的乘坐舒适性,并已经成为了现代汽车的必备设施。然而,汽车空调系统的故障时有发生,需要及时维修。以2021款比亚迪汉汽车为载体,详细分析该车空调系统不制冷故障的原因,并针对故障原因全面设计了故障诊断过程,以及构建了对应的故障诊断流程图,为汽车空调系统常见故障的诊断提供参考。As an indispensable system in automobiles,the normal operation of the automotive air conditioning system directly affects the comfort of passengers inside the vehicle,and has become an essential facility in modern automobiles.However,malfunctions in the automotive air conditioning system occur from time to time and require timely repair.Taking the 2021 BYD Han as the carrier,a detailed analysis is conducted on the reasons for the non-cooling fault of the car's air conditioning system.A comprehensive fault diagnosis process is designed based on the fault causes,and a corresponding fault diagnosis flowchart is constructed to provide reference for the diagnosis of common faults in the car's air conditioning system.
