摘　　要：研究DNC系统与其他车间智能管理系统的集成关系,不仅能实现车间管理的无纸化,信息智能化传输,还能充分利用制造资源推动整体工厂智能化、自动化进程,对企业增效降本和提高竞争力均有着重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍DNC系统的模块、功能组成,重点研究了DNC系统与其他工业软件的集成关系。在此基础上,成功运用在天玛智控公司的DNC系统项目中。The research on the integration relationship between DNC system and other intelligent management systems in the workshop not only can achieve paperless workshop management and intelligent information transmission,but also can fully utilize manufacturing resources to promote the overall factory intelligence and automation process,which is of great practical significance for improving efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.This paper first describes the modules and functional components of the DNC system in detail,and focuses on the integration relationship between DNC system and other industrial systems.Based on this,the paper successfully applied the research findings in the DNC System Project of Beijing Tianma Intelligent Control Technology Co.,Ltd.
