摘　　要：目前,汽车行业的竞争已经进入白炽化阶段,如何高速度、优质量的推出新车型已成为汽车行业竞争的主要手段,这就要求汽车开发项目按计划落地,而研发项目管理的意义就在于全面管控开发项目。文章介绍了项目管理在志骋汽车新品开发过程中的应用现状,包括将开发周期分为启动、规划、执行、收尾四个阶段、团队管理、各阶段重点管控要素等,写出了目前项目管理应用上的优点及不足;为汽车行业后续提升项目管理的应用水平提出了几点建议。At present,the competition in the automotive industry has entered an incandescent stage,and how to launch new models with high speed and quality has become the main means of competition in the automotive industry.This requires that automotive development projects be implemented according to plan,and the significance of R&D project management lies in comprehensive control of development projects.The article introduces the current application status of project management in the development process of Zhicheng Automobile's new products,including dividing the development cycle into four stages:initiation,planning,execution,and closure,team management,and key control elements in each stage.It also describes the advantages and disadvantages of current project management applications;Several suggestions have been put forward for improving the application level of project management in the automotive industry in the future.
