摘 要:“精准反导井正挖法”是一种新型缓坡斜井施工工艺,该工艺运用MWD、RMRS测斜技术实现了导孔精准定位,引入定向钻机达到钻进纠偏的目的,改进后的反井钻机克服了缓坡斜井的大扭矩,实现了导井反扩;通过溜渣模型试验解析了渣料的运动特征,降低了堵井风险;最后运用爆破颗粒控制和溜渣技术实现了缓坡斜井安全、高效的开挖。本文阐述了对缓坡斜井精准反导井正挖法施工技术进行的研究。"Accurate inverse-induced shaft forward excavation method"is a new type of construction technology applied in the gentle slope,which uses MWD and RMRS inclination measurement technology to achieve the accurate positioning of the pilot holes,and introduces directional drilling rig to achieve the purpose of drilling correction,and improves the inverse-induced shaft drilling rig to overcome the large torque of the inclined shaft with a gentle slope and realize the reverse excavation of the guide shaft.The movement characteristics of slag material are analyzed by slag sliding model test,reducing the risk of shaft plugging.Finally,blasting particle control and slag conveying technology are adopted to realize the safe and efficient excavation of the inclined shaft with a gentle slope.This article describes the research on construction technology of the accurate inverse-induced shaft forward excavation method applied in the inclined shaft with a gentle slope.
