摘 要:水利水电工程施工总布置三维正向设计已成为行业发展的必然趋势。利用CAA程序语言对3DEXPERIENCE(以下简称“3DE”)平台进行了二次开发,设计了基于3DE的施工总布置渣场设计系统,包括优化渣场设计范围、确定渣场控制边界、创建三维渣场模型和渣场填筑施工管理四大功能。针对西南地区某水电工程施工渣场进行了正向设计,初步得到弃渣区渣场填筑高度为151.8 m,回采区渣场填筑高度为45.3 m,并进一步生成三维模型与堆渣计划,为施工总布置设计提供数据支撑。程序可以在水电工程施工总布置设计全生命周期中应用,包括效果呈现、前期规划、施工设计以及后期监测等。The 3D forward design of the construction general layout of water conservancy and hydropower projects has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.Secondary development of the 3DE platform was carried out using the CAA programming language,and a 3DE-based construction general layout slag dump design system was designed,including optimizing the design scope of the slag dump,determining the control boundary of the slag dump,creating a 3D slag dump model,and filling construction management of the slag dump.The forward design was carried out for a construction slag dump of a hydropower project in Southwest China.It was initially obtained that the filling height of the slag dump in the waste slag area was 151.8m,and in the mining area was 45.3m.The 3D model and slag stacking plan were further generated,which provided data support for the general layout design of construction.The program can be applied in the whole life cycle of hydropower project construction general layout design,including effect presentation,preliminary planning,construction design and post-monitoring.
