摘  要:介绍了无论Z向等宽拉深筋还是法向等宽拉深筋,在筋高较低时,其截面参数不再是给定的数量值,主要体现为凸筋圆角会随着筋高的降低而增加。在分析总结Z向拉深筋和法向拉深筋在截面参数生成时的不同几何约束条件后,建立了各自的数学理论求解公式,根据理论求解公式可以准确地在三维设计软件中建立拉深筋模型,且不受三维建模软件种类的限制。为了快速准确地实现拉深筋参数化设计,将理论公式编程至CATIA中,应用CATIA-Power Copy功能构建可随时更改参数的拉深筋设计系统,提高了拉深筋的设计效率,并以某车型后背门内板项目为例进行验证,外侧流入量误差最大为2.65 mm,板料内侧的落料孔流入量最大误差为3.15 mm;拉深减薄率及最大失效误差均在2%以内。When the height of drawbead was low,whatever the drawbead in Z direction or in nor⁃mal direction,it's section parameter would not be the given value,and the bead radius would in⁃crease with the decrease of the height of the bead.After analyzing and summarizing the different geometric constraints of Z direction drawbead and normal direction drawbead in the generation of section parameter,the respective mathematical theoretical solution formula was established.Ac⁃cording to the theoretical solution formula,the drawbead could be accurately established in 3D de⁃sign software,and was not limited by the types of 3D construction software.In order to design the drawbead quickly,accurately,and with reference,the theoretical formula was programmed into CATIA,and the CATIA-Power Copy function was used to realize the drawbead design system which could change the parameters at any time,which greatly improved the design efficiency of the drawbead.Based on one project of gate door inner,the maximum drawin error of the outer blank was 2.65 mm,and the maximum drawin error of the blanking hole was 3.15 mm.The thin⁃ning rate and the max failure error were both within 2%.
