摘  要:对汽车驱动桥的凸缘防尘罩进行工艺分析,对比不同冲孔方法及其对零件的适应性,确定了合理的冲孔工艺,并阐述了不同边距冲孔模的结构特征。经生产验证,该多个不同边距冲孔工艺合理,比采用斜楔式同时侧冲多孔工艺的模具结构简单,比采用单工序分多次冲孔工艺的生产效率高,保证零件不同孔边距质量的同时,延长了模具使用寿命,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。The process of dust cover for automobile drive axle flange was analyzed,the reasonable perforating process was determined by comparing the different perforating methods and the adapt⁃ability of parts.It described the structure characteristics of perforating die for processing different edge distance.After production verification,the perforating process for multiple different edge dis⁃tance was reasonable which reducing the risk of simplified the die structure without wedges,and improved the production efficiency compared the single punching process.It ensured the quality of parts with different hole spacing,while improved the service life of die.
