摘  要:对四通调节阀的结构进行分析,设计1副1模2腔的两板注射模,将内螺纹所在的管口设置在动模型腔中成型,另外3个管口由2个哈夫滑块成型,分流道设在2个滑块的对碰面上,采用牛角弯形状的潜伏式浇口。针对塑件内螺纹设计了自动脱模结构,在模具上安装“液压电机+蜗轮蜗杆”传动机构,驱动螺纹型芯自动旋转,将内螺纹管口的型芯分为内、外两层,外层型芯为螺纹型芯,可以旋转,内层型芯需要与横向抽芯贴合,不能旋转,根据模具结构还设计了直通式冷却系统。The structure of the four-way regulating valve was analyzed,the two-plate injection mould with two cavities was adopted.The orifice where the internal thread was located was ar⁃ranged in the cavity of the moving half of the mould,and the other three orifices were formed by two half-sliders.The diverting channel was arranged on the opposite side of the two sliders,adopt⁃ing the shape of horn submarine gate.A set of automatic demoulding structure was designed for in⁃ternal thread on the product.The"hydraulic motor+worm gear"transmission mechanism was in⁃stalled on the mould to drive the threaded core to rotate automatically.According to the structure of the plastic,the core of the inner thread pipe mouth was divided into inner and outer layers.The outer core was the threaded core,which could be rotated,while the inner core needs to be fitted with the transverse core pulling,which couldn't be rotated.Also,the through cooling system was designed according to the mould structure.
