摘  要:柱塞泵油膜厚度过薄会导致设备磨损严重,为了降低摩擦,延长使用周期,提出了工程机械高压柱塞泵双线智能化集中润滑自动控制技术。分析柱塞副组件受力情况,得出润滑油粘度和库伦摩擦力是影响接触力分布的重要参数。基于这两项参数进行油膜分析,得到油膜厚度参数,并结合柱塞的柱面方程确定柱塞轴向偏心率。计算柱塞泵槽内流场的压力场分布,得出双线集中润滑动态负载压力。利用PID神经元网络算法多次训练优化连接权重,输出适当的润滑控制信号,实现双线润滑的自动控制。实验结果表明,所设计的自动控制技术能够减小柱塞副的混合摩擦面积,降低摩擦力,减少柱塞副泄漏量,证明所提方法对柱塞泵的润滑控制效果较好。If the oil film thickness of the plunger pump is too thin,it will cause severe equipment wear.In order to reduce friction and extend the service life,a dual line intelligent centralized lubrication automatic control technology for high-pressure plunger pumps in construction machinery has been proposed.Analyzing the force distribution of the plunger pair components,it is concluded that the viscosity of lubricating oil and Coulomb friction are important parameters that affect the distribution of contact force.Based on these two parameters,oil film analysis is conducted to obtain the oil film thickness parameter,and the axial eccentricity of the plunger is determined by combining it with the cylindrical equation of the plunger.Calculate the pressure field distribution of the flow field in the groove of the plunger pump,and obtain the dynamic load pressure of dual line centralized lubrication.Utilizing PID neural network algorithm to train and optimize connection weights multiple times,output appropriate lubrication control signals,and achieve automatic control of dual line lubrication.The experimental results show that the designed automatic control technology can reduce the mixed friction area of the plunger pair,reduce friction,and reduce the leakage of the plunger pair,proving that the proposed method has a good lubrication control effect on the plunger pump.
