摘  要:氯丙嗪是临床中应用较为广泛的精神活性物质,因其对病毒的抑制作用及滥用而成为临床的关注热点。分子光谱技术不仅是检测体系构建和反应机制解析的重要手段,也是新兴检测技术发展的基础。本文主要基于分子运动产生的吸收、发射和散射等现象,从测定的原理、条件等方面综述了紫外-可见分光光度计、分子荧光、化学发光、表面增强拉曼散射、共振瑞利散射等光谱技术在氯丙嗪分析中的应用进展,探讨和展望了分子光谱法在氯丙嗪相关研究中的应用前景,以期为氯丙嗪的检测、药理学、毒理学、风险评估方面研究提供参考。Chlorpromazine is widely used psychoactive substance in clinical practice,which has become a hot topic of clinical attention due to its inhibitory effect on virus and its abuse.Molecular spectroscopy is not only an important means for the construction of detection system and the analysis of reaction mechanism,but also the basis for the development of new detection technologies.Based on the phenomena of absorption,emission,and scattering generated by molecular motion,this paper reviews the application progress of ultraviolet visible spectroph-otometer,molecular fluorescence,chemiluminescence,surface enhanced Raman scattering,resonance Rayleigh scattering,and other spectral technologies in Chlorpromazine analysis from the aspects of determination principle and conditions,and discusses and prospects the application prospect of molecular spectroscopy in chlorpromazine related research.In order to provide reference for the detection,pharmacology,toxicology,and risk assessment of Chlorpromazine.
