摘　　要：今天的人类社会依然开始转入了一个全新的“乌卡时代”,充满着不确定性与风险。随着数字技术的快速发展、信息化的推进,产业的集群发展、相互间渗透发展以及产业持续发展构成了当今产业发展的主旋律,产业融合有效缓解了这种不确定性、分散了风险。本文对国内外产业融合的相关研究成果进行了梳理,提炼了产业融合的兴起与内涵,讨论了模块化分工条件下的网络状产业链,阐述了产业融合的理论基础,分析了产业融合发展的驱动因素及其效应,构建了三阶段产业动态演化的理论框架。在此基础上,本文提出了产业融合的未来研究方向和议题。本文可以为学者后续的研究提供参考,也可以为企业、政府提供一些思考与启示。Current human society has entered a completely new"VUCA"era,full of uncertainty and risks.With the rapid development of digital technology and the advancement of informatization,the development of industrial clusters,mutual penetration,and sustainable development of industries have become the main theme of industrial development.Industrial convergence has effectively alleviated this uncertainty and dispersed risks.This article summarizes the relevant research results of industrial convergence at home and abroad,extracts the rise and connotation of industrial convergence,discusses the network like industrial chain under the condition of modular division of labor,elaborates on the theoretical basis of industrial convergence,analyzes the driving factors and effects of industrial convergence development,and constructs a theoretical framework for the dynamic evolution of three-stage industries.On this basis,this paper proposes the future research directions and topics of industrial convergence.This article can provide reference for scholars'subsequent research,as well as provide some thinking and inspiration for enterprises and governments.
