摘　　要：本研究采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,研究了甘肃省兰州市农村金融支持农业现代化现状,建立农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系,利用VAR模型对农村金融供给、农村金融效率与农业现代化发展水平之间的关系进行分析。研究发现,从短期来看,农村金融对农业现代化的促进作用强于农业现代化对农村金融的促进作用。长期来看,农业现代化对农村金融的促进作用强于农村金融对农业现代化的促进作用。据此,我们提出了继续推动全国规模涉农数据的共享、加强农村金融支持农业现代化发展的政策引导、利用金融科技实现互联网+现代化农业的政策建议,以期为政府和相关金融机构提供科学的决策依据。By combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis,this paper studies the current situation of rural financial support for agricultural modernization in Lanzhou City,Gansu,establishes an evaluation index system of agricultural modernization development level,and analyzes the relationship between rural financial supply,rural financial efficiency and agricultural modernization development level by using VAR model.Research has found that in the short term,the promotion effect of rural finance on agricultural modernization is stronger than that of agricultural modernization on rural finance.In the long run,the promotion effect of agricultural modernization on rural finance is stronger than that of rural finance on agricultural modernization.On that basis,we put forward policy suggestions including continue to promote the sharing of national scale agriculture-related data,strengthen the policy guidance of rural financial support for agricultural modernization,and use financial technology to achieve Internet+modern agriculture,in order to provide a scientific basis for government and related financial institutions to make decisions.
