永泰能源破产重整动因及影响分析

摘　　要：永泰能源是迄今为止A股规模最大的综合能源民营上市企业。然而该公司由于盲目快速扩张、高杠杆经营等原因引发交叉债券违约,随后陷入债务危机,于2020年被实施退市风险警告。公司在力挽狂澜后终究未能自救成功,无奈之下最终走向了破产重整的道路。本案例以2020年永泰能源破产重整为主线,描述了永泰能源破产重整的动因、破产重整的措施及效果。旨在给其他相关企业破产重整提供成功经验,以供借鉴。Yongtai Energy is so far the largest comprehensive energy private listed enterprise in A shares.However,the company's blind and rapid expansion due to high leverage operation and other reasons triggered cross-bond default,then it fell into a debt crisis,and was implemented delisting risk warning in 2020.After trying to turn the tide,the company ultimately failed to save itself and reluctantly embarked on the path of bankruptcy and reorganization.This case takes the bankruptcy reorganization of Yongtai Energy in 2020 as the main line,and describes the causes of the bankruptcy reorganization of Yongtai Energy,the measures and effects of the bankruptcy reorganization.It aims to provide successful experience for the bankruptcy reorganization of other related enterprises for reference.
