摘 要:为了研究钙离子对盐碱胁迫下茄子幼苗生长的影响,采用室内盆栽模拟盐碱胁迫,研究了在盐碱胁迫(cNaCl∶cNaHCO_(3)=1∶1)下施加外源不同浓度的钙离子(cCaCl2=0、5、10、15、20、25、30 mmol·L^(-1))对茄子幼苗形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着外源钙离子浓度的升高,茄子幼苗株高、叶片数量、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性均先增后减,当钙离子浓度为20 mmol·L^(-1)时,幼苗株高,叶片数量,脯氨酸含量,SOD活性均达到最大,与其他处理浓度相比,有显著差异;当钙离子浓度为15 mmol·L^(-1)时,叶绿素含量最大,与其他处理浓度相比,有显著差异。由此可见,盐碱胁迫下,增加外源钙离子,能有效提高茄子幼苗的抗盐碱能力,缓解盐碱胁迫对茄子幼苗的伤害,当CaCl2浓度在15 mmol·L^(-1)和20 mmol·L^(-1)时,能明显促进茄子幼苗的生长和代谢,缓解盐碱胁迫效果显著。In order to study the effect of calcium ions on the growth of Eggplant seedlings under salt alkali stress,indoor pot experiments were conducted to simulate salt alkali stress.The effects of exogenous calcium ions(CaCl_(2)0,5,10,15,20,25,30 mmol·L^(-1))on the morphology and physiological indicators of Eggplant seedlings were studied under salt alkali stress(NaCl∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶150 mmol·L^(-1)).The results showed that as the concentration of exogenous calcium ions increased,the height,number of leaves,chlorophyll content,proline content,and SOD activity of Eggplant seedlings first increased and then decreased.When the calcium ion concentration was 20 mmol·L^(-1),the height,number of leaves,proline content,and SOD activity of the seedlings reached their maximum,with significant differences compared to other treatment concentrations;When the calcium ion concentration was 15 mmol·L^(-1),the chlorophyll content was the highest,and there was a significant difference compared to other treatment concentrations.Hence,it can be seen that under salt alkali stress,increasing exogenous calcium ions can effectively improve the salt alkali resistance of Eggplant seedlings and alleviate the damage of salt alkali stress to Eggplant seedlings.When CaCl_(2)is at 15 mmol·L^(-1)and 20 mmol·L^(-1),it can significantly promote the growth and metabolism of Eggplant seedlings,and alleviate salt alkali stress significantly.
