摘  要:【目的】研究叶面喷施不同浓度腐殖酸对日光温室越冬茬辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响,为腐殖酸在温室辣椒高产高质栽培中的应用提供技术依据。【方法】以华美105为试材,设置0(CK)、100、300、600、900、1200 mg/L 6个腐殖酸浓度处理,于辣椒定植后30d开始叶面喷施,每隔20d喷施1次,共喷施6次,测定植株生长生理、产量及果实品质相关指标。【结果】叶面喷施不同浓度的腐殖酸可显著提高辣椒光合速率、株高、茎粗、叶片硝酸还原酶活性及植株氮素积累量,提高果实VC、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,降低果实硝酸盐含量。以900 mg/L腐殖酸应用效果较好,产量、果实VC、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量分别较CK提高9.86%、27.21%、18.75%、48.24%。【结论】叶面喷施适宜浓度的腐殖酸可以促进日光温室越冬辣椒生长,提高产量与产品品质。【Objective】To study the effects of foliar spraying of different concentrations of humic acid on the growth,yield and quality of wintering pepper in solar greenhouses,to provide a technical basis for the application of humic acid in the high-yielding and high-quality cultivation of greenhouse pepper.【Method】Using'Huamei 105'as the test material,0(CK),100,300,600,900,1200 mg/L 6 concentrations of humic acid were set up,and foliar spraying was started 30 days after pepper transplanting and sprayed once every 20 days for a total of 6 sprays,and the relevant indicators of plant growth physiology,yield and fruit quality were determined.【Result】Foliar spraying of different concentrations of humic acid can significantly in-crease the photosynthetic rate,plant height,stem thickness,leaf nitrate reductase activity and plant nitrogen accumulation of pepper,increase the content of fruit VC,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and decrease the content of fruit nitrate.The application effect of 900 mg/L humic acid was better,and the yield,fruit VC,soluble sugar and soluble protein content were increased by 9.86%,27.21%,18.75%and 48.24%respec-tively compared with CK.【Conclusion】Foliar spraying of appropriate concentrations of humic acid can pro-mote the growth of overwintering peppers in solar greenhouses,improving yield and product quality.
