摘 要:【目的】探究甘南高原合作市面山绿化林土壤养分及生态化学计量特征,为区域人工林地的可持续经营管理提供理论依据。【方法】以合作市面山绿化的3种典型人工林(中国沙棘、云杉、中国沙棘-云杉混交林)为研究对象,以草地为对照,采用野外取样法和室内分析法,测定不同深度土壤有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)含量,并分析其生态化学计量特征。【结果】人工林土壤SOC、TN、TP含量及C/N、C/P、N/P均显著高于天然草地,中国沙棘与混交林无显著差异,人工林与草地的TK含量无显著变化。人工林土壤SOC、TN、TP、TK含量分别为18.75,0.18,0.41,0.07 g/kg,土壤有机碳含量高于全国平均值,而TN、TP、TK含量偏低。人工林土壤C/N的值为96.33~119.88之间,高于全球及全国平均值,土壤C/P的值在36.94~53.26之间、N/P的值在0.39~0.51之间,C/P、N/P的值低于全球及全国平均值,比例严重失衡。从相关性分析来看,土壤SOC和TN、TP之间、TP和TK之间、C/N与C/P、C/K、P/K之间具有极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),土壤TN和TP、TK之间、C/N与N/P、N/K之间相关性不显著(P>0.05),C/P、C/K以及N/P、N/K的相关性系数最高,C/P、C/K受有机碳的影响较大,N/P、N/K受全氮的影响较大,表明区域植被生长特性影响着养分的转化,土壤有机碳的调控非常关键。【结论】人工林种植显著提高了土壤养分,尤以中国沙棘较为显著;高海拔低温气候限制了土壤有机碳的分解,影响了全氮循环,使人工林生长缓慢;相对于TN含量,TP偏低是人工林生长的重要限制因素,以后土壤P肥的补充将有利于植被群落发展。【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the soil nutrient and ecological stoichiometric characteristics of typical plantations in Hezuo City on the Gannan Plateau,in order to provide a theoretical basis for sustainable management of regional plantations.【Method】Three typical plantations(Hippophae rhamnoides,Picea koraiensis,Hippophae rhamnoides-Picea koraiensis mixed forest)in the urban green for-est of Hezuo were selected as research objects,grassland was the control,Field sampling and indoor analy-sis methods were employed to measure the contents of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),to-tal phosphorus(TP),and total potassium(TK)at different depths,and analyze the ecological stoichiomet-ric characteristics.【Result】The soil contents of SOC,TN,TP,and the ratios of C/N,C/P,and N/P in the plantations were significantly higher than those in the natural grassland.There was no significant difference between Hippophae rhamnoides and mixed forest,and the TK content showed no significant change be-tween plantations and grassland.The contents of SOC,TN,TP,and TK in the plantation soil were 18.75 g/kg,0.18 g/kg,0.41 g/kg,and 0.07 g/kg,respectively.The soil organic carbon content was higher than the national average,while the TN,TP,and TK contents were lower.The C/N value of the plantation soil ranged from 96.33 to 119.88,which was higher than the global and national averages.The C/P value ranged from 36.94 to 53.26,and the N/P value ranged from 0.39 to 0.51.The C/P and N/P values were lower than the global and national averages,indicating a serious imbalance in nutrient proportions.Correla-tion analysis revealed extremely significant positive correlations between soil SOC and TN,SOC and TP,TP and TK,C/N and C/P,C/N and C/K,C/N and P/K(P<0.01).The correlations between soil TN and TP,TN and TK,C/N and N/P,C/N and N/K were not significant(P>0.05).The highest correlation coefficients were observed between C/P,C/K,and N/P,N/K.C/P and C/K were greatly influenced by or-ganic carbon,while N/P and N/K were gr
