摘 要:为了改善剪切硬化胶(SG)的冷流特性,拓展其应用领域,以硼-氧交联聚硅橡胶SG为基材,通过溶剂共混的方式加入有机高分子吸油材料聚甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(PLMA),制备得到一系列剪切增稠复合胶(P-SG)。研究了PLMA含量对复合胶蠕变性、剪切增稠性、抗冲击性及疏水性的影响。结果表明,随着PLMA含量的增加,P-SG抗蠕变性增强,并且显示出更佳的硬化性能;落锤冲击测试中,P-SG5耗散的能量较纯SG高出32.6%,表现出更优异的抗冲击性能;此外,PLMA的强疏水性使得P-SG的疏水性能进一步提升,有效地拓宽了材料的应用领域。In order to improve the cold flow characteristics of shear stiffening gel(SG)and expand its application field,a series of shear stiffening composite gels(P-SG)were prepared by adding the organic macromolecular oil absorbent poly(lauryl methacrylate)(PLMA)into the boron-siloxane polymer silicone rubber with a low crosslinking degree through solvent blending.The effects of PLMA content on the creep resistance,shear stiffening,impact resistance and hydrophobic properties of P-SG were investigated.The results show that with the increase of PLMA content,the creep resistance of P-SG is enhanced and the hardening property is better.In the drop hammer impact test,the energy dissipated by P-SG5 is 32.6%higher than that of pure SG,reflecting better impact resistance.In addition,due to the strong hydrophobicity of PLMA,the hydrophobic property of P-SG is further improved,thus effectively broadening the application field of materials.
