摘  要:聚合物共挤模具结构对制品成型质量有着重要影响,尤其是模具交汇夹角对熔体厚度及离模胀大有着明显的影响。文中采用Carreau黏度模型和Picard迭代计算方法,深入研究了外层为聚十二内酰胺(PA12)、中层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)和内层为聚丙烯(PP)的3层微管共挤过程的数值模拟。结果表明,外层熔体交汇夹角增大时,PA12厚度增加,EVA和PP厚度减小,内外径均减小,胀大率增大;中层熔体交汇夹角增大时,EVA厚度增大,PA12和PP厚度减小,内外径均减小,胀大率减小;两处熔体交汇夹角同时增大时,PA12和EVA厚度增大,PP厚度减小,内外径均减小,胀大率增大。3层共挤实验证明了模拟结果的正确性与有效性。该研究结果能够为聚合物多层共挤模具的流道结构设计提供了有价值的参考。The structure of polymer co-extrusion die has an important influence on the forming quality of products,especially the intersection angle of die has a significant influence on the melt thickness and die swell.In this paper,the Carreau viscosity model and Picard iterative calculation method were used to study the numerical simulation of the co-extrusion process of three-layer microtubes with the outer layer of polydodecylamide(PA12),middle layer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and inner layer of polypropylene(PP).The results show that when the intersection angle of the outer melt increases,the thickness of PA12 increases,the thickness of EVA and PP decreases,the inner and outer diameters decrease,and the swelling ratio increases.When the intersection angle of the middle melt increases,the thickness of EVA increases,the thickness of PA12 and PP decreases,the inner and outer diameters decrease,and the swelling rate decreases.When the intersection angle of the two melts increases at the same time,the thickness of PA12 and EVA increases,the thickness of PP decreases,the inner and outer diameters decrease,and the swelling rate increases.The three-layer co-extrusion experiment proves the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation results.The research results can provide important guidance value for the flow channel structure design of polymer multi-layer coextrusion die.
