摘 要:为提升电点火管在高过载环境下的可靠性,同时满足在多重过载环境下的安定性,在进行抗过载失效分析及结构设计的基础上,设计了一种抗过载半导体桥电点火管。通过采用SCB换能元及T型电极提升桥路电阻可靠性,采用不锈钢管壳提高结构强度,并对装药进行缓冲保护以实现多次过载冲击下的安定性。经试验验证及考核,在100000g/50μs高过载及7次50000g多重过载冲击下,电点火管可靠性及安全性正常,解决了过载环境下电阻失效及早炸的问题。In order to improve the reliability of electric ignitor under high overload environment and satisfy the stability under multiple overload environment,on the basis of anti-overload failure analysis and structural design,an anti-overload semiconductor bridge electric ignitor was designed.The reliability of bridge resistance is improved by using SCB transducer and pin-shaped electrode,the structural strength of electric ignitor is improved by using stainless steel tube shell,and the primary explosive is buffered and protected to achieve stability under multiple overload impacts.Through the test verification and examination,it show that under the high overload of 100000g/50μs and seven times of multiple overload impact of 50000g,the reliability and safety of electric ignitor are normal,which solves the problem of resistance failure and early explosion in high overload environment.
