摘  要:针对某双座椅战斗机弹射救生控制系统需求,设计了一种具有双座椅单双态控制功能的激光火工装置。该装置以手动烟火泵浦固体激光器和半导体激光器为发火能源,通过光纤器件传输激光能量,采用不同功能的激光火工品按预定时序完成正、副驾驶员座椅弹射。对其关键模块的功能实现进行了试验验证,结果表明该火工装置的响应时间、作用同步性及程序控制时序均满足弹射救生控制系统指标要求,是未来航空航天飞行器弹射救生系统的理想火工装置。Aimed at the requirements for the ejection survival control system of some dual seat fighter plane,a laser pyrotechnic device with dual seat and single/dual state control function was designed.In the laser pyrotechnic device,the hand-driven pyrotechnic pumped solid state laser and the semiconductor laser were used as ignition energy,the optical fiber devices were used to transmit laser energy,and the laser initiators with different functions were used to complete the ejection of the front and passenger seats according to the predetermined sequence.The functional implementation of its key modules were verified by tests.The results show that the response time,action synchronization and program control timing of the laser pyrotechnic device all meet the index requirements of the ejection survival control system,making it an ideal pyrotechnic device for future aerospace aircraft vehicle ejection survival systems.
