摘  要:充填料浆的管道输送是矿山充填不可缺少的环节,深井充填料浆管道输送越来越受到重视,深井充填料浆管道输送中弯管局部阻力损失是造成能量损失的重要原因之一,研究其影响因素和规律对降低能量损失、提高输送效果具有重要意义。本文通过流变试验得到充填料浆的屈服应力和黏度系数,利用COMSOL软件建立了弯管局部阻力损失分析数值模型,研究了料浆浓度、初始速度、管道直径、弯管曲率半径等因素对充填料浆管道弯管局部阻力损失的影响。结果表明:充填料浆弯管局部阻力损失随着料浆的浓度和初始速度的增大而变大,随着管道直径和弯管曲率半径的增大而逐渐减小,较大的管道直径和弯管曲率半径可以减少弯管局部的磨损。因此,建议充填体浓度选用74%~76%,管道直径选用160~180 mm,最佳初始速度选用2.0~2.5 m/s,弯管曲率半径选用5~7 m。研究结果为深井矿山在工程中充填料浆浓度的配比和管道输送参数优化提供了参考。Pipeline transportation of filling slurry is an indispensable part of mine filling,and more and more attention has been paid to pipeline transportation of filling slurry in deep wells.The local resistance loss of bending pipe is one of the important causes of energy loss in pipeline transportation of filling slurry in deep wells.In this paper,the yield stress and viscosity coefficient of the filling slurry were obtained through rheological tests,and a numerical model for local resistance loss analysis of the bending pipe was established by COMSOL software.The influence of slurry concentration,initial velocity,pipe diameter,bending radius and other factors on the local resistance loss of the filling slurry pipe was studied.The results show that:With the increase of slurry concentration and initial velocity,the local resistance loss of filling slurry in bending pipe increases,and gradually decreases with the increase of pipe diameter and bending radius.Larger pipe diameter and bending radius can reduce local wear of bending pipe.Therefore,it is recommended that the filling body concentration should be 74%~76%,the pipe diameter should be 160~180 mm,the best initial speed should be 2.0~2.5 m/s,and the bending radius should be 5~7 m.The research results provide a reference for the ratio of filling slurry concentration and the optimization of pipeline conveying parameters in deep mine engineering.
